Parking Information and Policies
Monthly Parking
Monthly parking is subject to current availability or as determined by Tenant's lease agreement. Each monthly parker must complete an Ace Parking Contract Form, which provides us with vehicle and contact information. All monthly parkers shall be issued an access card, which allows them (24) hour access to the garage. The access card must be used first upon entry and then upon exit to the facility. No consecutive entrances or exits are allowed and successive entrances or exits will result in the gate not opening. For this reason, always use your card in the reader every time you exit, even when the gate is raised.
Monthly parking fees may be paid by mailing your payment to: Ace Parking Management Inc. Lot 0025 / 0026; 645 Ash Street, San Diego, CA 92101. Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. Any monthly fees not paid by the fifth day of the month will result in a late fee or late charge equal to $25 or six percent (6%) of such overdue amount, whichever is greater. No credit for vacations or periods out of the garage is provided. Please make checks payable to: "Ace Parking Management, Inc." Please help us keep our parking records current by advising the Parking Office of any access card additions, deletions, vehicle information changes and name changes. No adjustment can be made to your account until this notification is received in writing.

Parking Validations
Validation Sales - Chaser Tickets
Chaser tickets for validating parking may be purchased via cash or check from Ace Parking Management (Steve Gross: office 619-236-1526 or cell 619-665-3526). Chaser tickets are available in the following denominations and may be purchased in any amount:
- 15 Minute - $2.00
- 1 Hour - $8.00
- All Day - $20.00
Parking garage rates are subject to change and are currently as follows:
- $2.00 Each 15 minutes or part thereof
- $20.00 Daily maximum

- $120 Tenant Parkers
- $150 Non-Tenant Parkers
Personal Scooter / Bike / Skateboard policy:
- If you are bringing your own transportation item into the building (such as a scooter), please walk or carry it to your suite.
EV Charging
The Maple Street parking structure has electric vehicle (EV) chargers located in the marked stalls on the 3rd level. Please see the attached flyer to set up an account to use the machines.
