Contractors

If you are having any work performed by contractors, please advise our office 48 hours in advance so that we can coordinate access to your suite and/or electrical/telephone rooms, as well as, obtain appropriate evidence of insurance. No contractor may enter another tenant suite without being accompanied by a building staff member or notification by building staff.

Janitorial Services

Allan Industries is our day porter and janitorial service provider. We have one Day Porter onsite from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and a full night crew after 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Personal Scooter / Bike / Skateboard policy:

If you are bringing your own transportation item (such as a scooter) into the building, please walk or carry it to your suite.
