You will receive a monthly statement itemizing your rent and other amounts due per your lease (please note that rent is due on the first of the month whether you have received a statement or not). Manchester Financial has a drop box located in the second floor mail room that is labeled “Manchester Rent DropBox”. Please deposit rent check here instead of mailing.
