Manchester Financial Centre @ 2550 Fifth Avenue consists of one 13 story office building, including one floor below ground. There are three levels of parking and a valet lot on the subgrade level with a total of 380 parking spaces. The building is fully sprinklered with an Automatic Fire Sprinkler System: equipped with a central FACP in the fire control room, and an annunciator in the Level 1 Lobby. Facilities for communication with a remote monitoring agency are provided. The following procedures are designed to minimize the loss of life and property during emergency situations, and in the event of an emergency situation, building occupants should review the instructions contained in the following pages.

Since earthquakes, power blackouts, fires and other emergencies may occur with little or no warning, we recommend all tenants read the following procedures carefully and familiarize themselves with them. Please have this manual readily available at all times. Remember that personal safety is most important, and in order to maximize safety in a building emergency, knowing about the building and knowing what to do in an emergency, is the best way to minimize personal safety risk.
