Emergency Policy
Fire Safety Director
Each tenant suite should have their own emergency preparedness plan in place and all employees should practice emergency preparedness. Emergency preparedness is the responsibility of everyone, and it is important that everyone shares this responsibility to ensure the best possible outcome.
Fire Alarm Panels
The fire alarm panel is located inside the fire control room on the lower level just off the Valet driveway near the Valet Booth. Upon activation of an alarm, the on-site engineer will meet the fire department and direct them to the fire alarm panel.
Evacuation
The building system will activate the fire protection devices on the affected floors of the building. Evacuation of all floors can be to another floor to await further relocation instruction or evacuation may be all the way out of the building.
Emergency Exits
East and West Stairwells
Safe Refuge Area
It is important for all occupants to immediately get away from the building (due to the possibility of falling glass). Occupants should proceed a minimum of 300 feet from the building and keep out of the way of incoming Emergency Personnel. Use caution while crossing all driveways and streets. Suite/Floor Wardens will take a head count at the designated Safe Refuge/Evacuation areas.
The designated outside Safe Refuge Areas for a FIRE emergency are:
